Bread - hard and crunchy like a biscuit

I don't have  an english name for this bread, in Norway we call it "knekkebrød" translates to "breaking-bread" To make it you need: 100g sunflower seeds 100g sesame seeds 200g linseeds 200g oat grits  2 tablespoons of rye flour 1 teaspoon salt  5dl water 1 tablespoon coconut oil/fat Set the oven to 160 degrees celsius - hot air. Put all the dry items in a bowl and mix it. Use half and half cold and boiled water and let the coconut oil melt in the lunk warm water. Put the water with the oil into the bowl of dry items and stir it til its a soft porridge like mixture. Leave it to swell for 10 minutes. Take a paper covered plate and spread the mixture thin with a wet spatula. The mixture can get really sticky so you want to dip the spatula in water while spreading out the mixture. Use a pizza-cutter to "cut" the pieces before you start to cook it, then they are easier to cut later.  Put the trays (I cook 2 trays at the time) in t

Morning routines and habits

It takes 21 days to make a habit I want you to make a mark on your calendar 21 days from the day you start with you new morning routine. And that of course is tomorrow morning.. Here's a few tips and some of my morning routines that now are a habit.  If I wake up to an alarm, I give myself 5 seconds to get out of bed. I can have the idea that I don't have to get up this early today I'm not going anywhere, but as soon as I close the alarm my mind is now programmed to start counting backwards from fiwe so I can't go back to sleep. 5-4-3-2-1 I'm up. Make your bed in the morning.  Be an action taker not a procrastinator and get things done right away. You will not believe the power this simple act has to the rest of your day. Tell your mind from the very start that you mean business and you make fast decisions and your mind will believe that you are someone who gets things done and will therefore support you. How is life supposed to be Life is supposed to be fabulous, and anyone telling you "life is supposed to be hard" or "life is a test" does not live a happy life filled with purpose and passion. Life is quite amazing, have you ever stopped to think about all the little pieces of magic that happens to you when you are in a good mood? Start noticing them. There's so much to enjoy in this life on this planet. We have the most amazing scenery and spectacular views, sunsets that can take your breath away. Have you ever tried to watch when a storm passes?  Watch the trees and the clouds next time, see how the trees and the plants play along and joins the storm in it's rage across the land. Starting fresh Sometimes you just have to face facts and realize that no matter how much you want something to work, it just won't. I'm not saying you should give up, because quitting is never an option, but when something does not work you have to change your approach. I have realised that after trying and trying to do something in a certain way, it's not giving me the results that I want, so I have to change my approach. Change is good Knowing your numbers and being flexible enough to change is key ingredients. I know it can be frustrating to watch as someone else in your industry makes it big and when you do the exact same thing it's just not working out for you. It might be that you don't have the right vehicle and that this is not your passion. Not my passion I know that Network marketing is not for me, I started out because I saw there was a lot of money involved and it looked easy. The conditioning of the mind

Conditioning of the mind We all have conditioned minds and everyday we have an opportunity to change that conditioning. All you have to do is recognize your limiting belief, which is what your conditioned mind tells you you can not go beyond and change it. The preconditioning is there from a very young age. There was some grownup in your circle who told you over and over again "you can't do this" or "you are not good enough". Or it's the recurring events that leaves you to think in a certain way about it and that sticks to you. Look at an elephant.  A huge and massively strong animal, in the wild it's not scared of much, and if it gets scared it usually tries to scare whatever is scaring them by making a loud noise and storming towards it. In captivity the elephant has been conditioned to believe that a small rope or chain has the power keep it from running away. When the elephant is small it's tied up to a rope or chain around
