Starting fresh

Sometimes you just have to face facts and realize that no matter how much you want something to work, it just won't. I'm not saying you should give up, because quitting is never an option, but when something does not work you have to change your approach. I have realised that after trying and trying to do something in a certain way, it's not giving me the results that I want, so I have to change my approach.

Change is good

Knowing your numbers and being flexible enough to change is key ingredients. I know it can be frustrating to watch as someone else in your industry makes it big and when you do the exact same thing it's just not working out for you. It might be that you don't have the right vehicle and that this is not your passion.

Not my passion

I know that Network marketing is not for me, I started out because I saw there was a lot of money involved and it looked easy. My mentores told me to focus on helping my team members with making money, but it felt uncomfortable because I had to tell them half truths, and I'm not a very good liar. What I did do great in the team was supporting the ones who were struggling and the ones who had lost faith in the team and the business because they weren't making any money. And I can understand that it's frustrating when you see the others doing great and climbing the ranks when you are not making any progress. There was some people in the team that made it big and I was really happy for them. I celebrated the ones who made it and I supported and helped the ones who wasn't moving forward. For me it was all wrong, I was the one who was supposed to be mentored and coached, but ended up being the one coaching and mentoring my teammates.

That's my passion

I love helping out, and I love to solve problems. When someone contacts me and says "Hi, I'm really low and frustrated and I can't figure out what to do to change it" I'm grateful and honored that this person trusts me enough to have me involved in their life. I know life is a real pain sometimes and I know what it feels like when you don't want to get out of bed and face the day. I want to help you reach a level of satisfaction with who you are, what you do and why you do it.

Goals and purpose

Making money is not a goal that is sustainable. I know you have a passion, something that sets your heart on fire, something that makes it all worth it. Whatever it is, make sure that you line yourself up in that area and live in a way that gives you joy and fulfillment in life.

What's your passion

How do you know what is your passion when you have been living passion and purpose free for so long? This is a common challenge today because the way life is lived now, in the western society, there's a lot of time management, expectations and in-style hobbies you should have. The western society is living based on what is in-style now, not what do I enjoy to do. Plenty people live on expectations and not by passion because that's what society has made us believe is the correct way to live.

How do you find your passion

It can be a bit tricky, but first you have to get away from the things that are telling you what to like. Do you watch a lot of TV or do you have family members and friends who tells you that this or that is something you should try and they are very convincing about it?
Dig deep into yourself, what was your dream as a child. Where you dreaming about singing in the Opera? Dance on a stage? What was your childhoods hobbies? What was the one thing you could do for hours at a time? And what made you stop doing this?
Where you the artist of the family, the one who would sit an draw and paint nonstop.. Where your dolls the best dressed dolls in the neighbourhood .. Did you through the best te-parties ..

When you are a child you live your life on purpose daily, you stop doing that when grownups around you change your paradigme into their beliefs.
