Morning routines and habits

It takes 21 days to make a habit

I want you to make a mark on your calendar 21 days from the day you start with you new morning routine. And that of course is tomorrow morning..

Here's a few tips and some of my morning routines that now are a habit.

If I wake up to an alarm, I give myself 5 seconds to get out of bed. I can have the idea that I don't have to get up this early today I'm not going anywhere, but as soon as I close the alarm my mind is now programmed to start counting backwards from fiwe so I can't go back to sleep. 5-4-3-2-1 I'm up.

Make your bed in the morning.

Be an action taker not a procrastinator and get things done right away. You will not believe the power this simple act has to the rest of your day. Tell your mind from the very start that you mean business and you make fast decisions and your mind will believe that you are someone who gets things done and will therefore support you.

Give thanks.

Set the intention for the day and give thanks for all the wonderful things that will happen today in advance. Be grateful for all the things you have in your life and really feel the feelings of gratitude.

Move your body.

Power in the body gives power to the mind. Exercise is just as important for the physical health as the mental health. You don't have to start with a crazy exercise routine there's no way you can live up to, but a little movement, stretches or a morning walk is all it takes to get you started.

Write down your goal.

Write down your goals everyday and get reconnected with them regularly. this gives your goals more power. The more you write them down the more connected you will feel to them.

Visualize your goals.

Visualize and see that you already have achieved your goal in your mind and feel the feelings of already having them. This will powerfully start the manifestation process and you are on your way to getting what you want.

Be creative.

After all the gratitude, visualization and action taking you might find it easier to be creative on working to reaching your goal. When you sit down to be creative, put on an alarm, be creative and let it flow, but not for more than one hour at the time.

Take a well deserved break and if necessary continue the creative part over and over ...

better lifestyle, give thanks
